About Us

My family has a 100 year history of serving customers in several businesses. My passion for business began almost 35 years ago working for one of the largest Canadian retailers. I was in the purchasing department and traveled extensively on buying trips and to visit factories. Over the years I spent a lot of time sourcing, visiting, buying and creating lifelong relationships in the electronics and technology sectors. Outside the office I am a family man and a dedicated cyclist. I decided to find the best E-Bike manufacturer for the money and design and create the MonRide brand. My knowledge of cycling, sourcing, quality and value made it simple to find the right factory for the MonRide line of E-bikes. Our E-bikes are produced to our quality standard using authentic components from brand name companies like Bofang, Panasonic, Shimano, Promax, Tektro, Abus and Kenda.
