Shipping Time

Your order will ship within 2-5 business days once your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number after your package leaves our premises. Expected delivery date will be available on the courier tracking page.

Shipping Method

MonRide eBikes will be shipped by ground service using reputable shipping companies that provide a tracking number. Your eBike will arrive to your doorstep 95% pre-assembled and almost ready to hit the road. Refer to the manual for final setup details. 

Shipping Cost

Free Shipping on all new orders. Returns are at customer shipping expense. Exchanges are subject to shipping costs at the expense of the customer

Northern / Remote Area Shipping

Shipping to remote or northern areas including but not limited to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut etc. may incur extra shipping costs. We will review your order and provide you with a quote before shipping your items out to you.
