Return Policy

Returns

People change their plans sometimes and we understand. Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. If the product(s) are defective or damaged the customer must contact MONRIDE via email within 2 days of receipt of the merchandise to request a Return Authorization. All return shipping costs for defective or damaged product(s) will be covered by MONRIDE. The following is MONRIDE’S comprehensive return policy :

 

Order Return

A Return Authorization (RA) is required for all products as per the Return Process below. All product(s) must be returned in its original packaging or in customer’s protective packaging and must be in “New” condition – not used, scratched or damaged in any way. Monride will refuse the return if the product(s) are returned in unprotected packaging. Monride will inspect all returned product(s) for wear, damage, and original parts before issuing a refund. Should any product be tampered with or parts changed or missing, the customer can get the products delivered back to them at their own expense. If the product returned is damaged or defective, Monride will replace it with another product or issue a refund. A return requested after 14 days is at the discretion of Monride. Used products: No returns are accepted. Defective parts are replaced as per the warranty.

Return Process

Send an email to info@monride.com with the subject Return Request underlined to request a return authorization number. A Return Authorization number and letter with shipping information will be sent to you before the return of a product. You are required to return the product in the same condition it was packed and received in. The product is subject to inspection upon delivery and if deemed unsellable, damaged, unclean, or not in its original condition and packed correctly, the return will be rejected and the customer has to take the product back at their own expense. Once the return procedure is completed, a refund will be made via the original payment method used when placing the order
